Founder of Case Real Estate Capital Will Participate on Panel for “Bridge Financing and Private Lenders: Finding Certainty in Uncertain Debt Markets” Session
Sandy Herrick, founder and managing principal of Case Real Estate Capital, LLC (Case), will participate on the panel for the “Bridge Financing and Private Lenders: Finding Certainty in Uncertain Debt Markets” session at the Crittenden Real Estate Finance Conference on Thursday, September 22. The conference will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Miami Hotel in Miami, Florida.
During the course of Herrick’s 30+-year career, he has orchestrated investments in more than $5 billion worth of commercial real estate. Since its inception in 2013, Case has scaled up to $100 million lending platform. The firm is active as a high-yield private lender; a purchaser of performing, sub- and non-performing debt; and an equity investor. Earlier this year, Case entered into a joint venture agreement with a New York-based real estate credit fund and continues to ramp up investment activities.
