Founder of Case Real Estate Capital Will Participate on Panel for “Investment Opportunities in the Northeast Commercial Real Estate Market” Session
ROCHELLE PARK, N.J., March 1, 2016 – Sandy Herrick, founder and managing principal of Case Real Estate Capital (Case), will participate on a panel at the Commercial Program of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey’s 33rd Annual Regional Conference on Monday, March 14, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Herrick and his fellow panelists will address “Investment Opportunities in the Northeast Commercial Real Estate Market.” The conference is being held at Harrah’s Convention Center in Atlantic City, N.J.
During the course of Herrick’s 30+-year career, he has orchestrated investments in more than $5 billion worth of commercial real estate. In 2013, he founded Case, which is active as a high-yield private lender, a purchaser of sub- and non-performing debt, and an equity investor. Case recently entered into a joint venture agreement with a NY-based real estate credit fund and is ramping up investment activities.
